The business
Servitas does student housing from start to finish: design, construction, financing, operations and maintenance, on and off campus. It had done this for more than 15 years when I worked with it. Its buyers are universities and partners, so the site has to look credible to a board, not just a student.
What I did

The site has been updated since then, so what you see today isn’t all my work.
