A page for each service and each town you serve, schema markup, and your Google Business Profile connected, so the site shows up when neighbors search.
A professional website that shows who you are, what you offer and what it costs, and lets clients book without a phone call. Built by a web designer in Michigan, for practices in Michigan and anywhere else.
What you get
Your site won’t be my first. Since 2016 I’ve delivered 154 Upwork jobs for more than 100 clients, and 94 of them were WordPress and Divi websites: new builds, redesigns and rebuilds for NewtonX, Keller Williams Realty Consultants, the Institute of Reading Development, the World Food Travel Association, Website HQ and Arlene P., among others. Every one is listed on my Upwork profile.

A written, fixed quote after a free consultation. Sites start at $2,500 and the number does not creep once we agree on it.
I design it, build it, write it and launch it. When you call with a question, you reach the person who made the last change.

A five-page site for a service business sits near that number. More pages, copywriting, booking or a store add to it. You get a written, fixed quote after a free consultation. No contract lock-in.
Someone looking for a massage therapist is usually choosing between a few names on Google Maps, on a phone. They want quick answers. What kinds of massage do you do? How much is an hour? Where are you, and is there parking? Can I book tonight? Who’s going to be working on me?
A lot of massage websites make people hunt for those answers, or skip them. The prices are missing, the booking link is buried, and the only photo is a stock image of stones and a towel. People who can’t find what they need pick the next listing. A professional website for a massage therapist should answer every one of those questions within a scroll or two, and make booking the easiest thing on the page.
These are the questions I’d want answered if I were a therapist hiring someone to build a site. Open the ones that matter to you.
Most massage searches are local: “massage near me,” “deep tissue massage” plus a town, “couples massage” plus a city. Two things decide whether you appear. The first is your Google Business Profile, which controls the map listing. The second is your website, which backs up what the profile says and ranks for the searches the map doesn’t catch.
I build the site so each service has a page Google can match to a search, your name, address and phone match your profile exactly, and your reviews are easy to find. If your profile needs work too, I do Google Business Profile optimization as a one-time $400 job.
Yes. In Michigan, massage therapists are licensed by the state’s licensing agency, LARA, and the license runs for three years at a time. If you’re licensed, put it on your About page. Some clients look it up, and it separates you from businesses that aren’t licensed. It also answers a question a lot of first-time clients are too polite to ask. If you practice in another state, the same idea applies with your own state’s license.
Alongside the license, list the training that matters to the clients you want: prenatal certification if you want expectant mothers, sports massage training if you want runners. Specific training on a specific page is what a search like “prenatal massage” matches, and a line in a bio that says “various modalities” matches nothing.
A solo therapist usually needs a short site: home, services and prices, about, booking and contact. A practice with several therapists needs a page for each one, so clients can pick who they want and book that person directly, plus a services page that says who does what.
I’ll suggest the smaller version if it covers what you need. You can add pages later as the practice grows, and I build the first version so that adding a therapist or a service doesn’t mean a redesign. If you’re not sure which you are yet, start solo. A second therapist is one new page, not a new site.
You’ll want to change prices, add a service or post holiday hours. I can set the site up so you can make those edits yourself, or my website management plan handles updates and small edits for $99 a month.
If you’d like regular articles that answer the questions your clients ask, like what to expect at a first deep tissue session or how often to book, that’s my content writing, at $150 an article. Either way, the domain, the site and the Google Business Profile stay in your name, and you can take over the edits whenever you like.

How it works
A short questionnaire, then a call about your customers, your competitors and what a good month looks like.
I design the homepage first. You approve the direction before I build the rest.
Every page built and tested on real phones. Every old page redirected, so the rankings you have carry over.
I stay around for questions and changes. If you want updates handled for you, that is my management plan.

Who you'd work with
I'm Ryan York, and WebPossible is a one-person web design and SEO company in Harrison Township, Macomb County. I learned the work as a scuba diver in the Florida Keys, tired of waiting on the person who ran our website, which is why I think about the phone ringing first and the design second. There's no team to hand you off to. The person who answers your first call is the person who designs your website, builds it and checks your rankings.
Reviews
5.0 stars from 30 Google reviews, 5.0 from 5 verified Clutch reviews, and 83 client reviews on Upwork since 2016. 6 of the 13 I quote in full, with the source linked.
I hired Ryan to help improve the SEO of my business website and he has been so easy to work with from the time I submitted my inquiry through the finishing touches. He is extremely responsive, organized in his approach, and thoughtful in his execution. I had many questions that I threw at Ryan, and he was able to answer them all, which made me feel really good about the entire process. Since the initial work started, I have added on more page updates because I am already seeing positive results. I look forward to continuing to work with Ryan and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to other business owners that I know!
Communication is key, and that's his strong suit.
Ryan was phenomenal to work with! He asked great questions, understood our project, and delivered without issue and right on schedule. I definitely will re-hire and recommend him.
I have used Ryan for many years and on many client websites, he has always been responsive, efficient and been great to work with. With his expertise, he has been able to facilitate creating websites I am proud of, and I have always been able to count on him. I trust him completely and have recommended him to my past clients for ongoing work.
Ryan was a perfect fit. He's my first call if I ever need any help establishing or increasing my online footprint.
Ryan had excellent attention to detail and delivered with quality and speed when necessary.
FAQ
Usually, yes. Most booking and scheduling tools give you a booking link or a widget that can sit on your site. I'll put it where clients look for it, on every page, and keep your calendar and client records in the system you already pay for.
A booking page shows your openings. It rarely ranks in Google for "massage near me," and it doesn't explain how you work. A site of your own does both, and it's the page your Google Business Profile points people to.
I think so. New clients want to know what an hour costs before they book, and not everyone will message you to find out. Clear prices also cut down on messages asking the same question.
I'd keep health intake inside your booking or practice software, which is built to store that kind of information. The website links to it. A plain contact form isn't the right place for health details.
My sites start at $2,500. A practice site with a handful of pages and online booking sits near that number. More pages, copywriting or selling gift cards and products online add to it. You get a fixed quote before work starts.
